How is shipping calculated?
The cost of the postage is based on the number of bags this is due to the weight of the parcel that is sent. Under 10 bags is normally under 2kg in weight (cookie bags might be more) and 10 – 30 bags are between 3-10kg.

Do you accept returns?
Sometimes you just order something and change your mind, or perhaps some of your party guests didn’t show up and you have bags left over, this is ok all I ask is that if you decide to return something for a refund the following conditions are met:

Eco Party Bag will not be held responsible for return shipping costs of returns.
All items must be returned in an unused, saleable, condition within 30 days of first receiving them.
Please note that unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned and refunded.

Please bear in mind that during busy times super quick delivery may not always be possible and may incur a higher cost due to the courier and postal service charges beyond my control
All items are put together by me and are made to order and take 4-8 days to put together and ship. This could take longer during peak times, you will always be alerted to this before placing your order.
If two weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.
Please note that proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost. Once a time has passed and the courier has classed it as ‘lost’ replacement items will be sent to you. A refund will not be issued for items lost in the post.
