    Planning a party can be tricky, what to get? who to invite? getting the final numbers together can also be stressful. Eco Party Bag offers a refund policy to help with all of that:

    All pre-selected bags and party favours are returnable and eligible for a full refund. Goods must be returned in a unused condition and within 28 days of the order.

  • Shipping Infomation

    Pre selected bags will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order. For ‘create your own’ bags these will be dispatched with 4-6 working days to allow time to pack.

    All orders are sent via a courier who quote 3-5 working days for delivery. An Express service is available and goods are delivered within 1-2 working days.

    All orders are tracked and insured, tracking number will be provided once goods are dispatched.
